1. Click 'Start' and type 'System Restore' in the 'Search' box. Click 'Enter.'
2. Click 'Use a different restore point.'
3. Click the last date that Safe Mode was properly functional.
4. Click 'Next' to restore your backup files, repairing the damage to Safe Mode.
