How to Fix Outlook Express That Is Missing Msoe.Dll


1. Open the Windows Registry Editor by selecting 'Run' from the Windows Start menu and typing 'regedit.exe' (without quotes) and clicking 'OK.' Navigate to 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER/ Identities.'
2. Expand the subkeys (by click the '+' icon) until you have located the 'Username' data value 'Main Identity.' Double-click 'Username.'
3. Type 'Main Backup' in the 'Value data' box that is within the 'Edit String' dialog box. Select 'OK.'
4. Select the 'Main' Identities subkey, and click 'Registry > Export Registry File.' Enter the name for the identity ('Main') and save as 'Registration Files.' Select 'Selected Branch' for 'Export Range' and click 'Save.' Save the file to 'My Documents.' This backs up your Outlook Express identities. Repeat for each Identity.
5. Select the 'Identities' subkey within the Registry. Select 'Edit > Delete.' Confirm the deletion.
6. Exit the Registry Editor and restart the computer.
7. Launch Outlook Express when the computer boots back up. Outlook Express will start up without any errors. Click 'Cancel' (and 'Yes' to confirm) when both the 'Internet Connection Wizard' and 'Outlook Express Import' windows appear. Exit Outlook Express.
8. Open 'My Documents' and double-click on the exported Identity subkey. Select 'Yes' within the Registry Editor dialog box. This re-imports the user information to Windows Registry. Repeat for each export Identity.
9. Re-open Outlook Express. The application should open without any errors and with your account information fully intact.

2. Click the download link and save the .zip file to your computer. Wait for the download to complete.

5. Drag msvcp60.dll from your desktop into the right panel of Windows Explorer. If the file already exists there, you may be asked if you want to replace the file. If you're asked this, click 'Replace' or 'Yes.'
6. Reboot your computer.

How to Flash an Xbox 360 BenQ Drive Without a Mod Chip


1. Open your Xbox 360 (see the guide provided in the References section). Separate the external plastic casing from the interior metal casing and remove the Torx size 7 screws with your Torx screwdriver. Remove your BenQ DVD drive from the Xbox 360 case and insert your SATA cable from your computer to the 360. You will then be able to transfer data across the SATA cable from your computer to the Xbox 360 BenQ DVD drive.
2. Turn on your computer, log in to your user account and open your web browser of choice. Download a .BIN edit/write program (free online from the link in the References section) and install the program. JungleFlasher edits and moves BIN files from your computer to your BenQ Xbox 360 DVD drive. Open the BIN program and choose your BenQ 360 DVD drive. Click 'Edit .BIN' and then click 'OK.' The BIN application will begin reading your BenQ 360 DVD drive's original BIN file for editing on your PC.
3. JungleFlasher will customize and produce a new BIN file for flashing from your PC to the Xbox 360 BenQ drive. Select the BIN file you wish to copy to the Xbox 360 BenQ DVD drive within the JungleFlasher application and click 'OK.' JungleFlasher will flash the BIN file to your BenQ Xbox 360 DVD drive. Wait for the flashing process to complete, then shut down your computer. Reassemble your Xbox 360 console before turning the machine back on.

1. Click on the 'Start' menu.
2. Click 'All Programs,' 'Accessories' and 'System Tools.'
3. Click on 'System Restore' in the drop-down menu. This will cause the 'System Restore' program window to appear.
4. Enter the 'System Restore' program window. Click on 'Restore my computer to an earlier time' in the menu at the top right of the program window.
5. Click on 'Next.'
6. Browse through the calendar. Search through the days before the error began, and find one that contains a restore point. Do not select a restore point that is too far in the past, as restoring your computer to a prior state will undo program installations, and you may wish to undo fewer of your standard actions rather than more.

How to Replace a System 32 Folder


1. Open the program that causes the error. When the error message appears, note the name of the DLL file that is missing. The error message should read 'This application has failed to start because X.dll is missing,' with 'X' being the DLL file name. Press 'OK' to close the error window.
2. Open your Internet browser and navigate to dll-files.com. Type the name of the missing file into the search box. Follow the onscreen instructions to download the file, which will be in an archived format. Use a .zip extractor to extract the DLL file to your desktop.
3. Click 'Start' and select 'My Computer.' Navigate to the hard drive that your operating system is installed on. Double-click the 'Windows' folder, then the 'System32' folder.

1. Reboot the computer and go into safe mode. To do this, wait for a single white cursor to blink in the upper left corner of the screen during the startup process. When this happens, press the 'F8' key. On the following screen, select the option for 'Safe Mode.' Choose the option without networking to free up the most resources.
2. Click the 'Start' button in the lower left corner of the screen and place the cursor in the window that says, 'Search programs and files.' Enter the file you want to rename. If it doesn't appear in the window above, click 'See More Results.'

How to Install Dll Winmx Patch


1. Open your Web browser.
2. Go to the official download page for the WinMX DLL/Community Patch.
3. Click on the link next to the 'Full Setup Files' listing to download the DLL/Community patch installer. Save it to your desktop.
