How to Install the Axis ActiveX

1. Log into Microsoft Windows using an account with administrator-level permissions.
2. Open an Internet Explorer browser window.
3. Click within the address bar, type the IP address or host name for the network camera or video server you want to access and then press the 'Enter' key. Contact the manufacturer or your system administrator if you do not have this information.
4. Click 'Install ActiveX Control' after the yellow bar appears near the top of the browser window. Also click 'Continue' or 'OK' if prompted by Windows' User Account Control feature.
5. Click 'Install' to confirm your choice and install the ActiveX control.
