How to Disable ActiveX Warnings


1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on 'Tools' in the menu bar, then 'Options.'
3. Click on the 'Security' tab. Click on the 'Custom level' button in the 'Security level for this zone' section.
4. Scroll down to the 'ActiveX controls and plug-ins' section in the 'Settings' box.
5. Set 'Allow scriptlets' to 'Disable.' Set 'Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls' to 'Disable.' Disable 'Signed' and 'Unsigned' ActiveX controls, as well as 'ActiveX controls marked unsafe for scripting.' Disable or enable 'Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins' and 'Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting.' (Disable these controls to maximize security.)
6. Click on 'OK,' then 'Yes.' Click 'OK' again.
7. Close and restart Internet Explorer.
