How to Unmount a Volume

1.
Right-click on 'My Computer' and click 'Manage.'
2.
Click on 'Disk Management' in the Computer Management Console.
3.
Right-click on the volume that you wish to unmount and click 'Change Drive Letter and Paths...'
4.
Click on the mounted volume, then click 'Remove.'
5.
Click 'Yes' in the Confirm Notification box and close the Management Console.
