How to Install Log Viewer in ActiveX

1. Click 'Download' to install the Code Download Log Viewer File from Microsoft.com.
2. Click 'Start' and 'Programs.' Select the Code Download Log Viewer tool from the list of programs.
3. Open the Web page that requires the ActiveX technology. If you selected a software or pop-up window to open when ActiveX failed, repeat the action.
4. Go to the Code Download Error Log. Click 'Refresh' if the component from the Web page still refused to download.
5. Double-click the Web page's ClassID from the list on the error log; it may be the latest entry. This process will open the Error Log. Information regarding the failure to download will be displayed.
