7. Plug an external storage device, like a thumb drive, into the computer you used to download the System32.dll file. If the device folder doesn’t open automatically, go to “Start>Computer” and double-click the thumb drive in the drive list.
8. Return to the “Start” menu and click “Computer” again. Double-click the “C:” drive, go to “Users,” double-click the folder of the user account on which the Dll file was downloaded and double-click the “Downloads” folder. Drag and drop each of the files from the “Downloads” folder to the external hard drive folder.
9. Remove the external hard drive from the computer where you downloaded the System32.dll file and plug it into the computer that is missing the System32.dll file.
