How to Install Microsoft Outlook With a Language Error

1. Insert your Microsoft Outlook installation disc into the CD/DVD-ROM drive of your computer. Let Windows load the disc and generate a pop-up setup wizard.
2. Click 'Next' to proceed. Choose the 'Repair' option in the 'Change your installation' window. Wait until Microsoft Outlook installs additional data, including the translator files that were missing previously.
3. Follow the on-screen guided prompts to complete the repair procedure. Click 'Finish' when prompted. Eject the installation CD and restart your computer. Go to the next step if you still experience the same language error.
4. Click the 'Start' menu and type 'MSOCache' in the search box. Right-click the 'MSOCache' folder from the search results and choose 'Delete.' Repeat Step 1 through Step 4.
