How to Fix Msvcp60 Dll

1. Reboot your computer if you have just started noticing the Msvcp60.dll pop-ups. When you install new programs to your computer, sometimes the DLL files will take a couple of restarts to install completely.
2. Insert the Windows installation CD in your computer's disc drive.
3. Go to 'Start > Run' and type 'sfc.' Hit 'Enter.' This tells the computer to open the 'System File Checker.'
4. Select 'Extract One File From Installation Disc' on the menu that appears.
5. Type 'msvcp60' and follow the directions on the screen to reinstall the DLL.
