How to Install Bink Video for Empire Earth 3

1. Navigate to the Bink downloads page (see References).
2. Click on the version appropriate to your operating system. The link to each is clearly described.
3. Save the file to your hard drive (the system will prompt you as to where).
4. Open the file you downloaded to start the install process. Follow the onscreen instructions. Once installation has finished, any video files in Empire Earth 3 should now play correctly.
