How to Fix Dll for Free

1. Go to an online DLL library and download the DLL that must be fixed. Note that you must download the DLL to your 'C:\Windows\System32' folder. To do this, click on the DLL and then click 'Save' and browse to the 'C:\Windows\System32' folder and click 'Save.'
2. Click 'Start' and type 'Run' into the 'Search' box and press 'Enter.' The Run tool opens.
3. Type 'regsvr32 /u name.dll' (without the quotation marks) into the Run dialog box and click 'OK.' Note that 'name' should be replaced with the name of the DLL file that you just downloaded.
4. Restart your computer.
