Installation Error 5 in Spybot

Uninstall previous versions of Spybot
1. Press the 'Windows' and 'R' keys simultaneously to open a Run box.
2. Type 'Appwiz.cpl' into your Run box and press the 'Enter' key. This opens the Windows Add\Remove Programs component. The programs are listed in alphabetical order.
3. Right-click 'Spybot Search and Destroy' and click 'Uninstall.' Click the 'Yes' button on the 'Are you sure you want to uninstall?' dialog screen.
4. Shutdown your computer.
Boot in Safe Mode and Install
5. Turn on your computer and continually press the 'F8' key on your keyboard as it boots. This will load the Windows Startup Options screen.
6. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to select 'Safe Mode' and press the 'Enter' key. Windows will launch in safe mode.
7. Right-click the Spybot installation file and select 'Run as administrator.' Follow the prompts to install and then reboot your computer.
