The solution to a Flash error may depend on the error presented. Some are a clear message to upgrade or install the plug-in. Other errors are confusing and suggest a more rigorous course of action.

2. Type in the name of the DLL you want to download in the search box and hit 'Enter.'

6. Drag the DLL file you just downloaded into the open folder. Drop it anywhere inside the folder.
