How to Fix a Flash 10B.ocx
1. Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstall program; it is available for Windows and Mac (see References for the download link).
2. Close all running programs and applications. Shut down programs running in the system tray, as well, if you are using Microsoft Windows.
3. Run the downloaded uninstaller application. Answer 'Yes' if the system asks if you want to allow the uninstall application to make changes to the system. Allow the uninstaller to fully remove the Flash Player plug-in from your machine.
4. Visit the Adobe Flash Player download site (see Resources). Click on the 'Agree and Install Now' button. Select 'Run' when your browser starts to download the file. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Flash Player on your system.
5. Open a website that requires the Adobe Flash Player plug-in. Ensure that you do not receive a Flash10b.ocx error when the Flash content tries to run.
