How to Fix a Video File

1. Download and install some video fixing software, including Video Fixer, Cnet: ASF AVI RM WMV Repair or Video Repairer (See Resources).
2. Click on the 'Add File' button from the main menu. Locate a video file that isn't working, such as an AVI or WMV file.
3. Check the box next to the file. Click 'Fix' to have the program repair your video.
