How to Change the Configuration With a Missing Rundll

1. Click the 'Start' button and then click 'All Programs' from the menu.
2. Click the 'Accessories' icon and then right click the 'Command Prompt' icon.
3. Click the 'Run as administrator' button from the menu and enter your administrator password into the field that appears
4. Type 'sfc /scannow' into the command prompt and press the 'Enter' button
5. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
