How to Fix a Wininet.dll Error

Delete Internet Temp Files
1. Click 'Start', and open 'Programs' or 'All Programs.'

3. Paste 'deltree tempor~1' in the prompt. Press 'Enter'.
4. Type 'Exit' and press 'Enter'.
