In the left panel of the Windows Explorer window that opens, navigate to the system folder for your version of Windows. If you're using another version, substitute the associated file path mentioned in Step 1 in place of 'C:\Windows\System32' in the example above. Once you've entered this line, press the 'Enter' key to un-register the .dll and complete the deletion process.
