How to Install ActiveX Objects

1. Look for an information bar to appear at the top of the Internet desktop window when an enhanced application requires additional components to run properly.
2. Click on the information bar. It should display a drop-down menu that reads 'Install ActiveX Control.'
3. Click 'Install ActiveX Control' to start the process. A Security Warning information box should appear listing the name of the component and the publications of the ActiveX component. It will give you the option to install or cancel the installation.
4. Click 'Install.' When the download is complete, it will prompt you to close the 'Download Complete' box. Do so and refresh the page where the component was implemented. The page should now run properly, because the component has been added.
