How to Register Dll on a 64 Bit
1. Click 'Start' and type 'Run' into the 'Search' box and press 'Enter.' Or, if you are using a version of Windows prior to Vista, click 'Start' and then click 'Run.'
2. Type 'regsvr32 name.dll' (without the quotation marks) into the 'Run' box and click 'OK.' Note that 'name.dll' should be replaced with the name of the DLL that you want to register.
3. Restart your computer.
