How to Delete Dll Access Denied

1. Restart your computer and press either 'F2' or 'F8' (the exact button depends on the make of computer you have). A boot screen loads onto your computer.
2. Select 'Safe Mode' and press 'Enter.' In a moment, the computer loads into safe mode. This uses only the files required to start and run Windows.
3. Click 'Start,' '(My) Computer' and double-click the 'C:' drive icon.
4. Select 'Windows,' then 'System32' and a window with all of the .dll files appears on the screen. You may now select the .dll file you wish and your access is not denied.
