How to Fix a 623 Error Notice

1. Click the 'Start' button from the desktop, then click the 'Control Panel' option.
2. Click the 'Network and Internet Connections' option, then click the 'Network Connections' option.
3. Right-click your VPN connection, then select the 'Properties' option. The Properties dialog box appears.
4. Click the box next to the 'Dial another connection first' field so that it's selected. Select the appropriate dial-up connection for your computer.
5. Click the 'OK' button. Now you can connect to your VPN.
