How to Fix Windows Live Communication Platform


1. Download and install the latest update for your Web browser. Reboot your system. Sign in to Windows Live Messenger.
2. Depress the Shift, Ctrl and Esc keys to open the Task Manager. Click the 'Processes' tab. Click 'Nsvcappflt.exe' and click 'End Process.' Select 'Yes' to confirm the removal. Sign in to Windows Live Messenger.
3. Press the Windows key + 'F.'Type the following files in the dialog box:BHOCITEU.DLLBHOCITUS.DLLBHOECART.DLLBHOSSAFE.DLLEVENTDLL.DLLHOOKTOOL.DLLTMEEJDLL.DLLTMEEJMD.DLLUWEYIWE0.DLLUWEYIWE1.DLL
4. Right-click the file and click 'Delete.' Open the Recycle Bin and click 'Empty the Recycle Bin.' Attempt to run Windows Live Messenger.
