How to Delete a Winnt32 Dll
1. Click the 'Start' menu. Right-click on 'My Computer' and click 'Properties.'
2. Click the 'System Restore' tab. Click the box to 'Turn off System Restore.' Click 'Apply' and 'OK.'
3. Download 'SDFix.exe' (see Resources). Save the file on your computer and double-click the downloaded file to extract it into the 'C:\SDFix\' folder.
4. Restart your computer and tap the 'F8' key while it is booting up to enter the boot options menu. Highlight 'Safe Mode' using the directional keys on your keyboard and press the 'Enter' key.
5. Click the 'Start' menu and choose 'Run.' Type 'C:\SDFix\RunThis.bat' into the text area and click the 'OK' button.
6. Press the 'Y' key on your keyboard to proceed with the system scan. When the system scan is finished, press any key to restart your computer. After restarting, SDFix will load again and perform another system check. Press any key when the scan is finished to restart the computer again.
7. Click the 'Start' menu and choose 'My Computer.' Navigate to the 'C:\windows\system32' file folder and right-click on the 'Winnt32.dll' file, if present, and click 'Delete.' Click 'Yes' to confirm.
