How to Disable a Script Error Message


1. Run the Microsoft IE browser by double-clicking on its desktop icon or by clicking 'Start' on the desktop, then 'All Programs' and 'Internet Explorer.'
2. Click on 'Tools' on the IE menu tool bar, located at the top portion of the page. Choose 'Internet Options' in the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the 'Advanced' tab, and the 'Settings' box will appear.
4. Place a check mark in the boxes by the options 'Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)' and 'Disable script debugging (Other)' in the 'Settings' list.
5. Locate the 'Display a notification about every script error' option in the 'Settings' list. Click 'Apply' and then 'OK' to ensure that all changes are initiated. The display notifications will no longer appear.
