1. Select the 'Configure' option from InTouch WindowMaker.
2. Double-click 'Wizard/ActiveX Installation.'
3. Select the 'ActiveX Control Installation' tab.
4. Look through the list of uninstalled ActiveX controls. Highlight each of them and select 'Install.'
