How to Register Msinet.ocx

1. Click the 'Start' menu, click 'Accessories' and then click 'Run.'
2. Type 'Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32/Msinet.ocx' into the dialog box.
3. Press 'Enter' to register Msinet.ocx.
